AMTEC REFERRAL PROGRAM

– Candidate & Business Contacts –

Amtec offers two referral programs, one for candidates and one for business contacts.

The Candidate Program applies when you introduce us to a new candidate who is not already in our database, and when we are able to place them in a currently open position.

The Business Contact Program works when you refer us to a business associate of yours who is in need of recruiting services, and when that contact leads to a new job order.

After you submit a candidate or business contact, you will be contacted by one of our Business Development Representatives to verify your information and referral opportunity.

REFER A CANDIDATE / colleague

Do you have a friend or business colleague with engineering, IT, healthcare IS or finance experience who's interested in a new career? We will pay you a generous referral incentive for successful colleagues whom you refer to us.

Up to $1500 for a referral resulting in a direct hire placement*

Up to $500 for a referral resulting in a contract placement*

How to Refer A CANDIDATE / colleague

1.  Refer your friends and business colleagues to Amtec Human Capital by completing the referral form.

2.  For each colleague whom we place in a direct hire position, you get a $250 to $1500 referral incentive.*

3.  For each friend we place on a contract assignment, you get a $150 to $500 referral incentive.*

You can earn additional referral bonuses for referring multiple colleagues.

*terms AND CONDITIONS:

Referral incentive bonuses for direct hire referrals are paid after the referred candidate has completed a minimum of 90 days of employment. Incentive bonuses may vary, depending on salary and position.

Referral incentive bonuses for contract referrals are paid after the referred candidate has worked a minimum of 160 hours. Incentive bonuses may vary, depending on location, position, and duration of contract assignment.

Incentive bonuses are taxable income.

Since there may be duplication of candidate names referred to us, both from other people providing referrals or by our own recruiters who may already be working with a candidate, Amtec Human Capital reserves the right at its sole discretion to determine if a referral bonus is due, and to whom.

REFER A BUSINESS CONTACT

Do you have a business contact who uses recruiting services for technical positions in engineering, IT, healthcare IS or finance? We will pay you a generous referral incentive for client contacts whom you refer to us.

Up to $250 for a referral (business contact) that leads to a new job order resulting in a direct hire or contract position*

 How to Refer A CLIENT CONTACT

1.  Fill out the referral form.

2.  Submit the information.

*terms AND CONDITIONS:

Lead referral incentives are paid after the contract agreement has been signed by a business contact and a new job order is generated.

Incentive bonuses are taxable income.

Must be a new client account that is not actively engaged with Amtec Human Capital.  AHC reserves the right at its sole discretion to determine if a referral bonus is due, and to whom.
